Welcome to Polished By LaVonna! I am an licensed manicurist based in the Milwaukee/Browndeer, WI area. My specialties include natural nail care and Gel-x. My goal as an nail artist is to provide a safe, comfortable, and educational experience for all of my clients. Safety and sanitation is my top priority. ❕Please read all policies❕ ❗️Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE❗️ By booking with me, you are agreeing to all of my policies. ⏰LATE POLICY ⏰ Unexpected situations can occur last minute—hence to why there’s a 15 minute grace policy. A phone call or text is required if you’re running behind. If you don’t arrive after 15 mins your deposit made prior to booking, will be forfeited & your appointment will be cancelled. To reschedule your appointment, a new deposit is required. ❌Cancellation Policy ❌ Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment is an automatic charge of the 50% of the service. 📞No Call, No Shows 📞 For any no call, no shows you will be charged 100% of your service. Any continuous actions in no call, no show is completely banned from future bookings.
